Out on the road again tonight - same double loop as last night with an extra 1/3rd of a mile on the end - I increased my average speed by 0.3mph over yesterday (doesn't look much when you write it - but it was quicker!) & managed to have Bon Jovi back in my head not Rick Astley!!
Jack's had loads of snow on his Ski trip over the last couple of days, but managed to get up the mountain today to do three good slalom runs, amongst other things - sounds like he's had a great time - he starts heading back tomorrow afternoon!
Now i'm off to paint the ceiling!
